  • Do you have towing capabilities?
    Yes, we do offer towing services.
  • Do I have to pay you first, or can I wait for the insurance company?"
    Your bill must be paid in full at time of pickup.
  • Will my entire car need painted for repairs?
    No, we are professionals at matching the color of your vehicle and have state of the art paint technology.
  • What if you find additional damage after you started working on my vehicle?
    Some times we do find additional damage once we get into it. If that's the case, we will either notify you or the insurance company to get authorization before moving forward.
  • Do I have to get 3 estimates?
    The state of Ohio does not require you to get three estimates. You only need one estimate. Your vehicle, your choice.
  • Do you have rental cars?
    We work with Enterprise, and they will come pick you up.
  • Do I have to use my insurance recommended shop?
    No you do not. It is your vehicle, so it's your choice on where you want to have your vehicle repaired.
  • Do I need an appointment when I drop off my vehicle?
    Yes. Once you come in for a free estimate, and you are ready to move forward with repairs, we will set a date and time that works for you to drop your vehicle off to get repaired.
  • Do I have to pay for an estimate from you?
    We offer a FREE estimate for your vehicle repairs. Come on in!
  • Is there a warranty on my vehicle repairs?
    Yes, we offer a warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. It is not transferrable. Unfortunately, rust repairs do not have a warranty.
  • Who do I pay my deductible to?
    Upon completion of your vehicle repairs, you will pay your deductible to the shop.
  • Do I need an appointment for you to give me a "FREE" estimate?"
    We recommend setting up an appointment to get an estimate, but you are able to stop in Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for a free estimate, you may just have wait a little bit until an estimator is available.
